It Is True - Vegetables Are Good For You - But Find Out Why Now


I have been researching and studying food and how it interfaces with the human body for more years than I care to remember.

for as long as I can remember. Now I have learned that it has long been thought that vegetables are good for us, but I have never really knew why and some of these are just ordinary and some are simply superb. I have to say I think that vegetables get a raw deal (ha ha) no seriously, people opt for vitamin supplements when there are more effective elements in this great and important food group.

Mike Geary and his team of nutritionalists have now completed some interesting research in this area and they have come up with some surprising results - earlier generations will not be surprised at the findings but it would seem that no-one knew quite how good some of these foods really are for us.

It will come as a surprise to many people that though they may know that vegetables are good for us, some of them contain specific phytonutrients that help to eat away that awfully unpopular tummy fat.

Brussel sprounts are quite nice you know - Just melt a bit of tasty cheese on the top of them with some herbs and garlic if you want and they really do taste good.

I’ve really learned to like brussels sprouts since I began following this course. You can melt a little grass-fed cheese on them and some garlic and they taste great!

I learned this by studying a course which at that time had not yet been published. It was one of the most amazing health courses that I have ever read and after just a few short weeks of putting the teachings into practice, I was able to see a distinct improvement in the shape of my abs. After 6 weeks of following what the course taught me, virtually all of my belly fat had just vanished.

It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.
