New Outlook, Transformed Situation


There will be a time in a person’s life when you outgrow certain things and you want more. There is nothing wrong with that. In fact, it is the dissatisfaction of the ordinary that will bring in a new outlook and change your life.

Take a good look in your life. What area causes frustration and discontent inside you? For most people it is their jobs and the daily grind of it. If you want quality of life, you need to deal with your career goals as it directly relates to your personal life as well.

How are my career goals affecting my personal life? Your profession affords you the finances to buy whatever it is you need. We often mistakenly think that our jobs is only a means to get money-thinking like this will rob you of a deeply fulfilling quality of life everybody deserves to have.

Think of certain areas in your life you want to improve on and write down all the associations that comes to mind in connection with it. This exercise will find out what your paradigm is on certain areas which have greatly influenced how you think, feel and act towards certain things.

For example, notice the mindset and emotions you are nurturing in regard to the career you are in. Is it a good or a bad emotion that rise up within you when you think of work? If you feel lethargic or unhappy about it, you might want to consider a career change. Find a job that will fuel your passion so much so that you excel in your work output.

Keep in mind that you need to find out what is the source of the dissatisfaction towards your job before taking on a career change. If not, you will be in danger of only transferring your emotions to the succeeding employment you are in. Past adverse experiences and negative associations must be dealt with as soon as you become aware of them. Perhaps once you resolve these issues you will enjoy work and you will not even need to find a job anywhere else.

Now you need to view your job in a positive light. If the career you are in utilizes your skills, is something you enjoy and gives you fulfillment– then you will be able to go to work happy. A happy worker will produce more; and a higher productivity /efficacy will result in rewards and money.

There is really no need to keep seeking for something new to improve and change your life. The answers we look for are found inside each and every one of us. You can make an old situation exciting and beneficial to you. Shift your paradigms and expect the reality you want to have-you have the power to make it happen.
